The old Lollywood industry had its own flavor, its own catfights and stars who acted and created their own scandals. In Pakistani films, one or two stars always rule the stage in every era. The last era of an old star was Sultan Rahi and the industry almost died after his death. Later it was Shaan Shahid who ruled Punjabi films and was a part of hundreds of films. He is currently the most successful actor in Pakistani cinema.
Shaan Shahid started his career on a high where he starred opposite Reema. The film was a hit but Shaan's films started flopping after that and he left Pakistan for America. Later they made a comeback with a bang and haven't looked back since. Syed Noor brings Shaan back into the mix and has an interesting revelation about the superstar.
Syed Noor revealed that the directors started calling Shaan "Zuhal Sitara” and “Manhoos". He was called this because many of his films flopped. Syed Noor brought him back, worked with him and Shaan became a huge star.
