We are listening to Kaifi Khalil's melodious voice daily in the OST of Hania Aamir, Wahaj Ali and Zaviyar Nauman starrer Mujhe Pyar Hua Tha. We also know him from Coke Studio 14's super hit Kana Yaari. The song put beautiful Aloch music on the map and everyone was appreciating the beautiful Kana Yari and the talent involved including Wahab Bugti, Kaifi Khalil and Eva B. Many who were not previously aware of Kaifi's talent became aware of him through Coke Studio's Kana Yaari.
The singer was a guest on Fuchsia where he shared his personal life struggles. He shared the story of how excited he was when he got Zulfi's call and how hard it was for him to keep quiet about the song's huge success at Coke Studios. Kaifi was over the moon to take that call.
He also said that he is a resident of the talent hub Lyari but due to the struggle he was going through in life, he could not go to school as a child.
